Ashario's Return Policy

All cannabis products are final sale. Concerns related to product quality or quantity should be directed to the product’s licensed producer, as Ashario has no role in manufacturing or packaging. We suggest reviewing your purchase before leaving the store to ensure accuracy. 



Exchanges are only performed with proof of purchase for faulty batteries within 14 days of original purchase. If you have an issue with a battery, you must bring the product back to the location of purchase with your receipt. A trained staff member will assist you in a troubleshooting process. If unsuccessful, we will then process the exchange on site for a new battery. We do not provide refunds.
